Welcome to Sigtrad

Sigtrad ("Sigtrad", "we", "us", or "our") is an online platform where users can view and publish crypto market predictions and related educational content. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sigtrad app or website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use Sigtrad.

1. Platform Purpose and Scope

1.1 Information and education only

Sigtrad is a prediction and performance-reporting platform. Users can publish crypto market predictions and view historical performance based on market data. Sigtrad is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a brokerage, exchange, wallet, or advisory service.

1.2 No execution, no custody

Sigtrad does not:

  • execute or route trades
  • hold, transfer, or custody any user funds or assets
  • manage portfolios or provide personalised trade instructions

All trading decisions and actions you take outside Sigtrad are your own responsibility.

1.3 Performance calculations

Sigtrad may analyse and report historical performance (for example, success rates or approximate returns) of predictions shared on the Platform using market data sources (such as Binance price data). These calculations are system-generated and based on predefined rules. They do not guarantee future results.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

2.1 No advice

Content on Sigtrad – including predictions, strategies, success rates, and any explanations – does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2.2 Independent judgment

You should make your own decisions or consult an independent, qualified advisor before acting on any information found on Sigtrad. You use all information on the Platform at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Trading at your own risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile and speculative. By using Sigtrad, you acknowledge that:

  • you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
  • you may lose part or all of the money you choose to trade
  • past performance on Sigtrad does not guarantee future results.

3.2 Eligibility

You confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old
  • have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you
  • are not prohibited from using such services under any applicable laws or regulations.

3.3 Your account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • all activity that occurs under your account
  • ensuring your information is accurate and up to date.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly.

3.4 Your content and conduct

You agree not to:

  • post content that is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or illegal
  • attempt to manipulate performance metrics or game the Platform
  • interfere with the security or proper functioning of Sigtrad.

You remain responsible for the content you publish. You must comply with all applicable laws when using Sigtrad.

4. Predictions and Performance Reporting

4.1 Publication and locking

When you publish a prediction, Sigtrad may lock that prediction (for example, by disabling edits or deletes after submission) to preserve transparency and prevent hindsight bias.

4.2 Resolution and metrics

Sigtrad may automatically resolve predictions using market data and label them (for example, as successful, partially successful, or failed) and may estimate returns according to predefined rules. These results are approximations and provided for educational and informational purposes only.

4.3 No guarantee

Performance reports and success rates are based on past data only. They do not guarantee that similar results will be achieved in the future.

5. Platform Use and Licence

5.1 Account registration

You must create an account to use key features of Sigtrad, such as publishing predictions, following predictors, or viewing detailed performance.

5.2 Licence to use the Platform

Subject to these Terms, Sigtrad grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable licence to use the app and website for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

5.3 Your licence to Sigtrad

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on Sigtrad, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

6. Monetisation and KYC (Future Functionality)

6.1 Monetised predictors

In the future, Sigtrad may allow certain predictors to monetise access to their predictions (for example, via subscriptions or paid access). Only predictors who apply and are approved will be able to monetise.

6.2 KYC and verification

Any predictor who applies to monetise may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) through a third‑party provider. This may involve providing government ID, a selfie, and other information as required by that provider and applicable law. Sigtrad expects to receive a verification status or result and relevant risk flags from the KYC provider, not the raw ID images themselves.

6.3 No guarantee of monetisation

Approval to monetise is at Sigtrad's sole discretion. We may set minimum performance or behaviour standards and may revoke monetisation rights at any time.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No guarantees

Sigtrad is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

  • that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free
  • that any content or data will be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • any trading or financial outcome.

7.2 Market risk

You understand and accept the risks of crypto markets, including potential loss of all capital. Sigtrad is not responsible for your trading decisions or the performance of your trades.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sigtrad and its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will be limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to Sigtrad for use of the Platform in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sigtrad at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk for other users or for Sigtrad.

9.2 Your rights

You may stop using Sigtrad at any time and may request account deletion. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, security logs or aggregated statistics).

10. Changes to the Platform and Terms

10.1 Changes to the Platform

We may add, modify, or remove features from Sigtrad at any time.

10.2 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Sigtrad after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Sigtrad will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
